Preferred solution: Take the false adverts out. If 2 days isn't guaranteed then don't tell people it's 2 day delivery.

A good way to *** someone off!!!
Went to my local walmart to get 3 propane bottle exchanges. When I went in to pay for it, they told me to pay outside, where the propane bottles are.
I looked puzzled and walked outside. When I got to the spot where the bottles were, there was a card machine with keypad and display screen. I followed the instructions perfectly. each time I finished, the screen and computer voice said "your card will be charged 19.95.
When I left, I got 3 notifications on my phone that I was charged 56.30. By the way, this was on a Saturday. So I turned around and went to the walmart customer service. They told me that they don't have anything to do with the automatic Blue Rhino kiosks and that I would need to contact the customer service for Blue Rhino.
I asked them for the number. They don't have it. So I went outside to look on the kiosk. After 10 minutes of searching, I found it on the 4th screen of the FAQ pages.
When I called, an answering voice came on and said our business Hours are Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. So I guess I'm just going to be out around 110.00 for the weekend. When Monday morning came, I called. The customer service rep.
explained to me that they charge full price for 48 hours and then they will give me my money back.
So 3 days later, I finally got my money back. I will never do that again!!!

Bought a new tank at kiosk for $55 and door opened and gave me an empty tank instead. Called CS rep and she advised me to leave tank in front of kiosk and Blue Rhino is responsible.
Told her that is a dumbest thing I heard and left it with a supervisor instead. Two days later Blue Rhino calls me and tells me that they wont issue refund until they confirm tank is returned. At first they advised me to just leave it in plain open in front of service machine. So that tells me that they are trying to screw people over.
I have disputed charge with my bank for their fraud attempt. They are trying to pin the loss of tank on me after telling me to just leave it in front of machine in beginning.

I was at the *** & go at Republic Missouri at 9:25 a.m. on September 12th 2022 I was sitting in my vehicle when a Blue rhino driver pulled behind me and parked his big old semi blocking me in.
I understand everyone has a job to do so I waited for a little bit and I went inside the store. He remained parked behind me for over 30 minutes before I finally had to squeeze my way out inch by inch so I wasn't late for class absolutely ridiculous to block in vehicles at a convenience store.
Then when I brought it to his attention he felt it was appropriate to throw up his hands and look at me like I was the dumb one. Unacceptable.

Going to Home Depot and buy whatever brand they have. Done with Blue Rhino because of their false offer. Shame on them!

Verified Buyer$10 rebate offer not being honored
I purchased a new blue rhino grill, and a with that grill it came with a $10 off propane tank purchase. I purchased the blue rhino propane tank, sent in as instructed on the rebate form: the rebate form, the receipt for the propane tank, and the proof of purchase of the grill, along the receipt.
Now the contact center is telling me that the claim in invalid and taking up to 6 days to respond, if at all. They are clearly trying to avoid full filling their rebate obligations. I have given them all of the documentation that is required, as well as the original hard copies which they now claim they do not have anymore.
Even though they clearly got the envelope in the first place as to give me a ticket number. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting their activity.
Grill top not right on razor grill

I was cheated at Casey's in Providence, KY
I survived the tornado in Dawson Springs, Ky. But, I had an electrical fire that took out my electrical heat.
Heating with propane and kerosene. Exchanged a tank at Casey's and hooked it up. Barely over half a tank of gas. Not cool at all for 24.99.
You guys are dirty. I have a guage that shows how much gas is in every tank.
And, I got *** You don't even fill them full. I will let everyone know how you take advantage of storm victims.

I RECENTLY HAD EXCHANGED A TANK AT LOWES AND THE TANK IS 3/4 QUATERS FUL WTF. SERIOUSLY
BOGUS FULL TANK.
